摘要
基于圆柱体弹性压缩和厚壁管受内压塑性变形的应力应变分析,得到了测试管件力学性能的方法。在WDW-100 kN的试验机上对AZ31镁合金管材弹性内模胀形试验,测得该管材的屈服强度、抗拉强度及伸长率。
Based on the strain and stress analysis of cylinder compress elastically and thick pipe bulging plastically by pressure from inner diameter, the expressions from which the yield strength, fertile strength and elongation of the pipe can be calculated. By means of the bulging experiment AZ31 magnesium alloy pipe with elastic internal cylinder,in WDW-100 kN universal hydraulic press,the mechanical property of pipe,namely yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of pipe are obtained..
