摘要
当前我国房地产发展存在房地产投资规模过大、商品住房价格上涨过快等问题,要解决这些问题,必须调整住房供应结构,建立健全城镇住房保障制度,合理调节住房供求矛盾,稳定房地产价格。
One of the important reasons that real estate prices in China remain high is a shortage in supply of ordinary residential properties and the budget housing. It therefore calls for adjustments in the structure of housing supply, together with the establishment of a system of urban housing support.
