摘要
采用倾斜回转法进行激光陶瓷打孔,并对打孔后的缺陷试件的断口形貌进行分析,同时对打孔过程中出现的陶瓷材料产生微裂纹的现象进行了初步的理论研究。
The article uses the lean - revolve method to drill the ceramic material and analyzes the appearances of the cross section which are on the flaw sample after drilling. In addition, it does the preliminary theoretical research to the microcrack phenomenon which appears on the ceramic material in the process of drilling.
