摘要
自并励静止励磁系统近年来在国内大型汽轮发电机组中得到越来广泛的应用,并取得了很好的效果,同时随着新型数字计算机技术和大功率晶闸管元件应用,也出现了一些新的问题。现以某厂所采用的德国西门子SEE900/5000型可控硅静态励磁系统为例,简要说明了该励磁系统的构成、性能特点,分析探讨了该系统运行中存在的调节器通道均故障、发电机氢压信号对励磁调节系统的影响、可控硅整流装置冷却等问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Self excited static excitation system is used more and more in domestic large scale turbine generator units in recent years, and has gotten very good effect. At the same time, some new problems have arisen along with the application of new digital computer technology and high-power thyristor. As an example, SEE900/5000 SCR static excitation system imported from Siemens, Germany, the composition, performances and characteristics of this excitation system were briefly explained, and the influence of regulator channel fault and generator hydrogen signal on this excitation control system were analyzed, and existent problems of SCR device cooling were discussed. The corresponding methods for solving the problems are presented.
