摘要
研究了溴代卟啉试剂T(DBHP)P分光光度法测定都阳湖野生藜蒿中的铅。在0.08mol/LNaOH介质中,铅与溴代卟啉试剂形成1:2橙黄色配合物,最大吸收波长在479nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.2×10^5。铅量在0.04—0.48μg/mL内符合比耳定律,可用于都阳湖野生藜蒿中的铅的测定。该研究表明:湖区取样土壤受到了重金属铅的轻微污染,样品野生藜蒿中含有较低浓度的铅。
A method of the determination of absorbed lead in Wild Artemisia selengensis ( a wild plant growing on wetland whose tender stem is edible) in Poyang Lake with T(DBHP) P is reported in this paper. The complex - formation reaction in 0.08 mol/L NaOH solution can be accelerated at room temperature in the presence of oxine. The soret band lies at 479nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.2 ×10^5. Beer's law is obeyed for 0 - 12 μg of lead in 25 mL of solution. The method has been applied for the determination of micro amount of absorbed lead in Wild Artemisia selengensis with satisfactory results. The results indicate that Wild Artemisia selengensis has been polluted by Pb slightly.
