摘要
进行了650℃下不同应变率的拉伸试验和应变率为10-3/S的应变控制循环试验,用以研究FGH95材料的变形特征;进行了不同保载形式的疲劳试验,用以研究FGH95材料的破坏特征。采用Chaboche本构对材料的变形特征进行了数值模拟,同时也对其寿命进行了评估,得到了较为理想的结果,为粉末高温合金构件的应力-应变分析及寿命预测打下了基础。同国外相近牌号Rene’95相对照,得出了粉末材料FGH95一些特有的性能特点,对其工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
To investigate the deformation feature of FGH95 powder metallurgy, uniaxial tension tests under different strain-rate and cyclic loading tests under the strain-rate of 10^-3/s were performed at 650℃. And for the research of its fracture feature, fatigue tests under different loading waveform also have been performed. Then the Chaboche's constitutive mode was used to simulate the deformation of FGH95 and some life equations wee used for life prediction. It has found some good results, which will provide as a base for the stress-strain analysis of PM components and its life evaluation. Compare with Rene'95 which is a PM material made in US, we find some special properties of FGH95, that will be the guide for its engineering application.
