急性心肌梗塞心室重构及治疗对策 被引量：2

摘要 急性心肌梗塞（AMI）后的心室重构是一个不断进展的过程,最终导致心力衰竭。它与AMI早期心脏破裂、室壁瘤形成等严重并发症有关，是影响AMI近、晚期预后的主要原因。有效地防止心室重构是心肌梗塞（MI）治疗的重要目的之一．也是目前研究的热点。
