摘要
改革开放以来,中小企业经历了沧桑变迁,一些企业家不能适应市场经济的要求而被淘汰。其原因错综复杂,但最重要的原因是企业家核心能力的缺失。企业家核心能力对企业持续稳定与和谐发展起重要作用, 这种能力主要表现为文化涵养、伦理道德观、事业发展能力三个方面。
Small and medium - sized enterprises have been experiencing changes since the implementation of the reform and opening to the outside world policy in China. Some entrepreneurs failed mostly for their lack of competence and the core competence to satisfy the market economy. The core competence plays a significant role to ensure the sustainable and stable development for the enterprises, which embody on their culture bringing - up, their concept in moral or ethies and their potential in career exploitation.
