Surface Modification of Nanometer Fe^(3+)/TiO_2 Powders by Microwave Heating and the Research of its Properties

摘要 以十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸为表面活性剂,采用微波加热技术对纳米Fe3+/TiO2粉体改性,对改性后的纳米Fe3+/TiO2各项性能进行了测试.结果表明,经过改性的纳米Fe3+/TiO2粉体由极性转化为非极性,同时表现出良好的流动性.此外,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的改性效果优于硬脂酸. The surface of the Nanometer Fe^3+/TiO2 powders was modified with stearic acid and dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid through microwave heating, and their properties were tested. The results indicate that the polarity of sample was changed and the samples had better oil - solubility and flowability. Moreover, nanometer Fe^3+/TiO2 powders modified with dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid had better oil - solubility and flowability than Nanometer Fe^3+/TiO2 powders modified with stearic acid.
