摘要
在对FMOS分析的基础上,对其车流径路子系统和计划审批子系统进行整合优化,设计了智能审批子系统。实现了运用优化模型,为决策人员提供审批方案,为实现在现有运力条件下综合效益最大化提供科学依据。
On the basis of analysing FMOS, the Vehicle-flow Route Sub-system and the Plan-to-sanction Sub-system were integrated and improved, besides, Intelligent Sanction Sub-system was designed. It was provided schemes for decision-makers by using the optimal model: and offers scientific ground to implement the maximum benefit under the existing transportation condition.
