摘要
目的探讨联合检测血清糖类抗原125(CA125)和血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平在异位妊娠治疗中的临床意义。方法用化学发光法和免疫放射法对30例异位妊娠患者治疗前的CA125和β-HCG水平进行联合检测。结果异位妊娠患者保守治疗组的CA125和β-HCG均值低于手术治疗组。结论CA125、β-HCG监测指标在指导异位妊娠患者治疗方案方面具有重要意义。
Objective To probe the value of serum CA125 and β-HCG measurement in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy（EP）. Methods 30 patients＇ serum CA125 and β-HCG with EP were examined by chemiluminescence immunoassay and immunoasay. Results The level of CA125 and β-HCG of the patients with methotrexate treatment was much lower than that of operative treatment group. Condusion There are some practical value of serum CA125 and β-HCG measurement in the diagnosis and treatment of EP.
