摘要
目的建立消乳增生合剂的薄层色谱鉴别。方法采用TLC对本处方中浙贝母、白芍、黄芪进行鉴别。结果在TLC色谱中检出浙贝母、白芍、黄芪。结论该方法可行,重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the TLC for XiaoruZengsheng Mixture. Method Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali were identified by TLC. Result Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali could be detected by TLC. Conclusion The methods is available with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Xi- aoruZengsheng Heji.
