摘要
利用升降温度快、控温平稳的特制重油热反应评价装置,在400-500℃温度范围内,对大庆、胜利、华北、中原、管输及沙特轻质六种原油的减压渣油进行了热反应试验。气相色谱分析裂化气的组成,液相反应产物通过色谱模拟实沸点蒸馏分析,以30℃的馏程间隔划分成窄馏分,利用索式抽提对残渣油的缩合产物进行分析。通过建立的模型和编制的模型软件,得到了上述六种渣油的通用热反应模型参数。相关系数R’检验和F检验结果表明,关联出的模型常数具有较好的相关性,置信度在99%以上。偏差分析表明拟合结果与实验数据吻合较好。
Thermal reaction tests have been conducted for the vacuum residues from six crudes of Daqing, Shengli, Huabei, Zhongyuan, Pipeline Blend and Arab Light at temperatures of 400 -500℃ on the heavy oil thermal reaction evaluation plant. The cracked gas is analyzed by gas chromatography, the liquid reaction products are separated into narrow fractions of every 30℃ distillation range by true boiling point distillation and the condensation product of residue oil is analyzed by Soxhlet extraction. The general thermal reaction parameters of 6 crudes are produced by model establishment and development of model softwares. The examination by correlation factors R'and F indicate that the correlated model constants have very good correlation, and correlation credibility is over 99%. The deviation analysis shows that the simulation results are well consistent with test data.
