摘要
目的:探讨经腹与经会阴超声联合诊断前置胎盘的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析临床证实为前置胎盘的58例孕妇的经腹与经会阴超声检查的资料。结果:经腹部超声检查诊断符合率为86.21%,联合应用诊断符合率为94.83%。结论:经腹与经会阴超声联合应用能明显提高前置胎盘的诊断符合率,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of combined application of transabdominal and transperineal sonography in the diagnosis of placenta previa. Methods：Fifty-eight cases were analysed respectively, which had been examined by using transabdominal and transperineal sonography. Result： The diagnostic accordance rate of transabdominal was 86.21%,but the diagnostic accordance rate of combined methed was 94.83%. Conelusion. Combined application of transabdominal and transperineal sonography can improve the diagnostic accordance of placenta previa.
