摘要
目的明确腰椎间盘病变的CT诊断与临床腰腿痛症的关系。方法回顾性分析山东铝业公司医院215例经CT检查腰椎间盘发现病变的腰腿痛患者。所有患者均采用德国西门子acr全身CT机2mm层厚扫描L1—L5间盘。结果215例腰腿痛患者中，发现腰椎间盘病变者191例，占88．9％，其中椎间盘病变发生在L3-4间隙者48例，L4-L5间盘突出80例，L5-S1间盘突出63例。结论腰腿痛患者行CT检查腰椎间盘是十分重要的。
[Objective]To confirm the relationship between CT diagnoses and clinical aches of lumbar and legs.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was made on 215 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc lesions diagnosed with CT examination.[Results]191 out of 215 cases(88.9%) were found with lumbar intervertebral disc lesions,48 of which occur in L 3～4,80 of which in L4～5 and 63 in L5～S1.[Conclusion]It is very important to conduct CT examination on the lumbar intervertebral disc of the patients with aches in lumbar and legs.
