摘要
目的研制一种具有高分辨率、高灵敏度、抗电磁干扰的全光纤温度传感器。方法应用双光纤干涉和温度对相位的调制原理并借助CCD图像传感器、计算机系统。结果建立了基于光纤传感温度的测量系统。结论双光纤温度测量系统具有稳定、可靠、分辨率高和抗电磁干扰等优点,可实现-20℃至80℃的温度测量。
Aim To develop a kind of a temperature sensor which has high precision, high resolution and Anti-electromagnetic interference. Methods The sensor is based on principle of the two-fiber optical interferometer and the temperature modulation function on phase with the help of CCD image sensor and computer system. Results The two- fiber optical temperature measurement system is established. Conclusion The experimental results showed that the configuration reported here is of stabilization, credibility, high precision and resolution. The temperature measurement range is from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃.
