系统性硬皮病组织纤维化的研究进展

摘要 系统性硬皮病的确切病因仍未明确,目前多倾向于是血管异常、免疫学异常、胶原异常而引起的肺、肾、皮肤等器官的损伤。针对血管和免疫学异常的最佳干预和治疗时间应在疾病的早期,而大多数患者在被确诊时往往已经患病多年,因而针对胶原异常导致组织纤维化发生机制和治疗的研究仍将受到广大医学工作者的重视。本文就系统性硬皮病组织纤维化的研究进展作一综述。
