摘要
杂草生防研究可按目标杂草的确定、生防作用物的寻找、天敌的安全性测定及天敌的保护与引种利用等主要步骤进行。其中,目标杂草要根据其与人类的利害关系、生防成功的可能性和现有条件来确定;生防作用物可在杂草原产地、气候相似的地区以及本地来寻找;进行天敌的安全性测定时,要考虑到当地植物的生物学、生态学及经济价值等六条原则;在天敌的应用方面,可开展天敌的人工保护、引种与定殖、繁殖与释放等研究。
Biological control of weeds may be studied through the fellowing main steps—determining target weeds, searching for biocontrol agents, testing safety characters of the natural enemies, protecting and utilizing the natural enemies. The determination of the target weeds is based on their relationship with mankind, the possibility of biocontrol success, and the present conditions; the biocontrol agents may be sought in the native home of the Weeds, In the areas with similar climate or in this locality; 6 prieiples including biology, ecology, economic value of the native plants should lee taken into consideration, when the plants are choose for testing the safety characters of the natural enemies; in respect of application of the natural enemies, studies include the conservation, introduction, estabilishment, culture and release etc.
