摘要
在系统考察技术商品综合评价已有研究成果的基础上,指出了它们在指标设计、权重集确定等方面存在的不足,综合国内相关评价指标体系,建立了技术商品综合评价指标体系的结构模型,并提出了一种采用模糊综合评价法对技术商品进行评价的方法。
technological commodities was undertaken in this research. On this basis, it set up a scheme of comprehensive evaluation index system after analyzed acquired evaluation index. Then, it introduces a fuzzy and comprehensive method in evaluating of technological commodities. Finally, the applied scope of the method is discussed and an example of application is given.
