摘要
采用室温离子注入和低压电镜原位观察的方法,研究了氢对国产ODS铁系体钢辐照性能的影响.结果表明,室温注氢前后ODS铁素体钠的微观结构无明显变化;将室温注氢后的ODS铁索体钢加热至550℃,其微观结构有显著改变,其中有相当数量的Cr的碳化物析出.
The effect of hydrogen on the irradiation behaviour of oboe dispersion Strengthened(ODS) ferritc steel has been studied by means of inn implantation at room temperature and in-situ observation with a low-voltage electron microscope.The microstructure of ODS ferritic steel before and ther hydrogen-ion implantation is not changed st room temperature,but changed obviously as the temperature robes tO 550℃,with the occurrence of precipitstion of chromium carbide.
