摘要
针对目前测温系统缺乏规范性、可靠性较差、难以维护和扩充等问题,基于LonWorks现场总线技术,采用新型单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20提出了一种新型的分布式测温系统。系统由一台上位机和多个智能节点组成,智能节点采用单片机AT89C51为主处理器,神经元芯片TMPN3120为从处理器。用单片机进行温度数据采集,输出数据经神经元芯片和收发器通过LON网络传给上位机,实现了对温度的实时、准确及自动检测。该系统通信质量较高、性能稳定,具有一定的实用价值。
In view of fact that temperature measurement system is not normative and its reliability is low and it is also difficult to maintain and enlarge, a new kind of temperature measurement distributed system based on LonWorks field bus technology is presented. DS18B20 is adopted in the system which is a new single bus digital temperature sensor. The whole system is made up of a main computer and many intelligent nodes .Each intelligent node takes on microcontroller AT89C51 as host processor and Neuron chip TMPN3120 as slave processor. The microcontroller fulfils temperature data acquisition and the Neuron chip and transceiver pass data which are outputted by the microcontroller to the main computer through LON network. Real-time, accurate and automatic temperature detection is realized in the system. The system has high communication quality and reliable function. Thercfore the system has high value in practicality.
