摘要
以萝卜无菌苗的子叶和下胚轴为试验材料,比较了不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、2,4-D和IBA组合时,子叶和下胚轴的愈伤组织诱导率和质量,结果表明:子叶诱导愈伤组织的效果比下胚轴诱导愈伤组织的效果好,子叶是萝卜组织培养的较佳外植体;子叶和下胚轴为外植体诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基一致,均为MS+3 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+3%蔗糖。
Sterile cotyledons and hypocotyls of radish were used as experiment materials in this experiment. The callus from both cotyledons and hypocotyls cultivated in MS mediums containing 6 - BA, NAA, 2,4 - D and IBA were compared. The results showed that more and better callus was induced from cotyledons than from hypocotyls, Both cotyledons and hypocotyls shared the same optimal medium of MS+ 3mg/L 6 - BA+ 0.5mg/L NAA+ 3% sucrose.
