摘要
系统分析了可持续发展的区域水资源优化配置的内涵及原则,同时构建了其两级递阶分解协调优化配置模型,给出了其实用可行的求解方法,并以河北省水资源配置为研究对象进行了应用研究,所得结果对该区规划与发展具有重要参考价值。
The water environment and water ecosystem are being destroying for the unhealthy increasing mode of economy, irrational manner of development and usage for water resources and global atmosphere changing. Evaluating the watershed health situation will help to watershed layout,watershed management ,watershed protection and watershed integrated father and put forward the basis for decision-maker. Since there are no mature theories and practices at home, the question that the paper researched is of great significance and advanced. The author intmduced several theories and practices of evaluation of watershed health abroad ,which will provide references for interrelated work at home.
