摘要
结合樟树人工林生态系统生物产量研究,采用Hp3510原子吸收分光光度法测定樟树人工林生态系统不同组分中Cu、Zn、Mn、Pd、Ni、Cd的含量,探讨了重金属元素Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb、Ni、Cd在湖南株洲市樟树人工林中的累积与迁移。结果表明,樟树人工林地土壤层(0~100cm)中,6种重金属元素的平均含量以Pb为最高,为67.929mg/kg,Cd最低,仅为0.699mg/kg,排序为Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cu>Cd,总储量为2737.174kg/hm2。在樟树不同器官中,Cu、Zn、Mn、Pd、Ni、Cd的含量范围分别为6.849~13.178mg/kg,3.776~37.443mg/kg,32.214~659.130mg/kg,1.626~15.544mg/kg,0.218~3.719mg/kg,1.033~9.506mg/kg。樟树对土壤中6种重金属元素富集能力排序为Cd>Mn>Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni。在樟树林中,6种重金属元素的总积累量为11.124kg/hm2,且看在眼里排序为序为Mn(8.097kg/hm2)>Zn(1.429kg/hm2)>Cu(0.763kg/hm2)>Pb(0.491kg/hm2)>Cd(0.272kg/hm2)>Ni(0.072kg/hm2),重金属元素积累量空间分布为叶(3.447kg/hm2)>枝(2.863kg/hm2)>皮(1.685kg/hm2)>干(1.635kg/hm2)>根(1.307kg/hm2)。樟树林与环境之间,Mn的交换能力最强,其次是Cd、Zn、Cu,再次为Ni、Pb。
The present paper aims to introduce the authors' investigation and research on the accumulation and transmission of heavy metal Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb, Ni, Cd elements were studied in Cinnamomum camphora plantation at Zhuzhou, Hunan. The results of our research indicate that in the soil (0-100 cm) of the plant growth, the average content of heavy metal Pb elements proves the highest, 67.929 mg/kg while Cd is the least, only 0.699 mg/kg, The order of the above mentioned metal elements can be shown as follows: Mn 〉 Zn〉 Cu 〉 Ni 〉 Pb 〉 Cd, with the total storage being 2 737. 174 kg/hm^2. In different parts of the plant the contents of the elements are: Cu 6.849-13.178, Zn 3.776 37.447, Mn 32.214-659.130, Pb 1.626-15.544, Ni 0.218-3.719 and Cd 1.033-9.506 mg/kg. The concentration of Cn, Zn, Mn, Pb, Ni, Cd elements is in the rank as Cd 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cn 〉 Pb 〉 Ni. The existing accumulation of Mn, Zn, Pb, Cu, Cd, Ni dements in living corps of the plantation is 11.124 kg/hm^2, whose order was Mn (8.097 kg/hm^2 ) 〉 Zn ( 1. 429 kg/hm^2) 〉 Cu(0.763 kg/hm^2) 〉 Pb(0.491 kg/hm^2) 〉 Cd(0.272 kg/hm^2) 〉 Ni(0.072 kg/hm^2) , the spatial distrilmdon sequence of heavy metal elements pool amounts in different parts of the plant ranging from leaves to roots, ranking from high to low, leaf(3.447 kg/hm^2) 〉 branch (2. 863 kg/hm^2 ) 〉 bark ( 1. 685 kg/hm^2 ) 〉 trunk (1.635 kg/hm^2) 〉 root( 1.307 kg/hm^2) . The exehange ability of Mn proves the strongest, with Cd, Zn, Cu the next, Ni and Pb being the smallest between tbe plantation and environments.
