摘要
行政事业单位国有资产担负着社会管理、社会进步和国家安全的繁重任务,如何管好、用好这部分资产,防止资产流失,促进资产合理配置,已成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。
The state - run assets in administrative institutions bear the strenuous tasks of social management, society progress and national security. Therefore, how to manage well and make good use of this part of assets and how to prevent losses and promote reasonable disposition of the assets has already become the present urgent problem to be solved.
