摘要
本文回顾了近几十年来有关抑郁症脑结构特别是脑功能改变的研究,总结概括了与抑郁症有关的脑神经结构和功能改变,以及相关的理论假设和有关研究的发展趋势。
The article reviewed the research on the changes of neural structure and brain function related to depression in the last decades. Some hypotheses and themes, upon which future research in this area should be focused, are discussed.
