摘要
自1997年10月党的十五大提出司法改革以来,最高人民法院积极探索法院体制改革,针对目前法官整体素质不高,司法不公和司法腐败泛滥等现象,如何提高法官素质,改革法官遴选制度已成为法院体制改革的重要课题。联系实际,对法官遴选制度的必要性和现实意义进行了分析阐述,并对改革中的具体措施提出了建议。
Since the justice reformation which was put forward during the Fifteenth Congress of the Party in Oct. 1997, the Summit People＇s Court has actively explored the court system reformation. Considering the present relative low quality of judges and prejudicial justice as well as existing judicial corruption, it is an important topic of courts system reformation to raise the judges quality and reform judge＇ s selection regulation. Therefore, based on the practice, the author has analyzed and expounded the necessities and real significance of judge selection regulations, and finally put forward the reasonable suggestions for concrete measures in the reformation.
