摘要
通过对制造富氧空气的几种方法的比较,将膜法富氧技术应用于热风炉,开发了富氧燃烧技术。试验表明,热风炉使用膜法富氧技术将助燃空气含氧量提高到24%左右时,实际可提高风温近40℃。
Comparing four methods of making oxygen-enriched air, osmotic membrane and oxygen-enriched technology is used in hot blast stove, developing the enriched-oxygen burning technology. Experiments show that when the oxygen content of air can be increased to 24% with the osmotic membrane and enriched-oxygen technology, the blast temperature is increased by abont 40℃.
