摘要
目的:观察大豆提取液对20种常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用。方法;采用试管稀释法测定大豆提取液对20种常见致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:大豆提取液对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、福氏志贺菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、霍乱弧菌等加种常见致病菌的MIC范围在1600-204800μg/ml;MBC范围在1600.102400μg/ml。结论:大豆提取液具有较强的抗菌活性和较广的抗菌谱。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial activity of the soybean extract against 20 common pathogens in vitro. Methods:The minimal inhibitory and minimal bactericidal concentrations (MIC and MBC respectively) were tested by using the tube dilution method. Results:The MIC of this soybean extract on the 20 pathogens was from 1 600 to 204 800 μg/ml, the MBC was from 1 600 to 102 400 μg/ml. Conclusion:The soybean extract holds high antibacterial activity and broad spectrum on those common pathogens.
