摘要
当前民营企业和政府关系存在两种扭曲现象,对企业经营有很大不利影响。从文化和制度两方面对此进行剖析,指出官商情结浓重和强政府干预的市场环境是两个主要原因,因此企业应该和政府保持一种谨慎的和谐关系才能保证企业顺利发展。
There are two relations between private firms and govenuuent. And it destructs firms＇ operation, which is analyzed frum culture and institute aspects. The complex that merchants collude with bureaucracy is the cultural inducement, The roarket environment that hard government intervenes economic operation is the institutionat inducement.
