摘要 探讨了不同的植物激素组合对观赏南瓜下胚轴愈伤组织形成的影响。结果表明:最有利于观赏南瓜下胚轴愈伤组织形成的激素组合为:MS+NAA 1 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1 mg/L或MS+NAA+6-BA 1 mg/L。 The effect of plant growth regulators on-Oriental Pumpkin tissue culture was primarily studied and the plantlets were regenerated in vitro from the callus from hypocotyls of seedling. The results showed that the best medium was MS + NAA I mg/L + KT 0.5 mg/L + 6-BA 1 mg/L or MS + NAA + 6-BA 1 mg/L,
