摘要
本文以教育部普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估“以评促改,以评促建,以评促管,评建结合,重在建设”(简称“二十字方针”)为指导,分析本科教学工作评估的历史发展,研究合格评估、优秀评估、随机性评估(即水平评估)的联系和区别,把握评估指标体系中有关“质量控制”的指标内涵,以指导高等学校构建教学质量监控体系。
Guided by "evaluation promotes change, evaluation promotes establishment, evaluation promotes management, evaluation combies with establishment but the establishment first" which was raised by The Educatienal Ministry for teaching and working standard evaluation in University, this article analyzed the developing history of working evaluation in Undergraduate education, discrssed the connection and difference among qualified evaluation, excellent evaluoction and standard evaluation, we should hold the detail of "quality control" so as to guide the establishment of super vising system of teaching qulaity in Universi-ty.
