摘要
用硫酸铁结晶水合物催化丙酸和正丁醇合成丙酸丁酯。研究结果表明,硫酸铁是该酯化反应较理想的催化剂,具有催化活性高、操作工艺简单、价格低廉和可重复使用等特点。在n(醇)∶n(酸)=1.3∶1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%、带水剂环己烷用量为8 mL.(0.15 mol丙酸)-1和反应时间70 min条件下,丙酸酯化率可达99.0%,丙酸丁酯收率达86.8%。
n-Butyl propionate was synthesis from n-butyl alcohol and propyl acid catalyzed by ferric sulfate hydrate. The results indicated that ferric sulfate featured higher activity, simplicity in operation, low cost and repeated use. Propyl acid conversion of 99.0% and n-butyl propionate yield of 86.8 % were obtained under the following optimal reaction condition: n ( n-butyl alcohol) : n ( propyl acid) = 1.3:1 ,catalyst dosage= 1.5%, V(cyclohexane) : n (propyl acid) 8 mL: 0.15 mol, reaction time = 70 min.
