可膨胀管旋转膨胀系统设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 早期的膨胀锥在应用于实体管膨胀时,不但需要较大的轴向力,而且存在套管膨胀后的轴向尺寸会有较大的减小等难题。文章根据旋转膨胀系统结构中滚轮上所受的压力、滚轮轴强度、所需的液体压力及活塞直径等参数,从保证套管能被顺利膨胀出发,结合工程实际,建立了力学分析模型,并设计了旋转膨胀系统的具体结构,对主要零件及主要参数(本体、活塞、滚轮轴、滚轮等)进行了强度设计和尺寸设计。所设计的整套膨胀系统在钻压作用下沿轴向有一位移,同时限压阀因为压力降低而复位,液体压力再次逐渐升高,这样就完成了一个周期动作。上面的动作周而复始,形成了一个连续的膨胀过程,从而完成对套管的膨胀作业。 When the early expansion cone is used to expand solid expandable tubular, the great axial force will be needed and the length of the tube will be reduced considerably. To solve the above-mentioned problem, the rotary expansion system is designed by (1) the pressure stood on the truck; (2) the strength of the truck shaft; (3) the needed liquid pressure and piston diameter. To guarantee casings can be expanded smoothly, according to the actual engineering application, the mechanical analysis model is set up. The concrete configuration of the rotary expansion system is designed. Also, the strength design and the size design are conducted for the major parts and the main parameters. The whole expansion system has an axial displacement under the bit weight. Then, the pressure limiting valve backs to its original position due to the pressure drop, and the liquid pressure rises again, which completes a cycle. As the above-mentioned activities repeat, the continuous expansion process is performed and the expansion job of casings is completed. The built-up mechanical model is also proved to be instructionally helpful in the design of rotary expanding system.
