摘要
采用有限元法分析了某大型透平膨胀机转子的临界转速、主振型和不平衡响应,并且针对透平膨胀机转子的特点,用MATLAB编制了相应的计算程序。经算例验证,该程序运算速度快,计算精度高,用于某大型透平膨胀机的转子动力学计算中获得了较理想的结果。
The critical rotary speed, principal mode, and unbalanced response were analyzed of the rotor of a big-sized turbo-expander using the finite element method, and corresponding calculation program was compiled using MATLAB based on the characteristics of the rotors in turbo-expanders. The calculated samples show that the program had fast calculation speed and high accuracy, and was ideal in the dynamic calculation of the rotor in a turbo-expander.
