摘要
为研究接铬工人的生物监测指标,利用简便、快速、经济、敏感的125I后标记法检测某合金厂187名接铬工人和57名某水电站工人(对照)的血白细胞DNA-蛋白质交联物(DPC)。结果表明,接触组DPC水平明显高于对照组,接触6价铬者又明显高于接触3价铬者和对照组,而接触3价铬者和对照组DPC水平差异无显著性。未发现性别、年龄、工龄、吸烟、饮酒等对DPC水平有影响,提示DPC能很好地反映铬对人体的遗传毒效应。
