摘要
通过对国内两类最主要的清灰剂—氧化型及盐型清灰剂在工业锅炉及室燃炉上的应用实践及对灰垢的实验室的研究和分析,对两类清灰剂的除灰机理进行了探讨。认为清灰剂及其成分与灰垢产生了中和反应、熔融反应等化学作用,从而改变了灰垢层及烟气的物理与化学性质:使灰垢酸度降低,pH升高,质地枯疏易脱。
Chemical additive is one of the effective techniques to remove and to reduce the adhesive fouling on boiler heating surface. This paper studies the machanism of removing fouling on heating surface by chemical additive currently used in China (including some kinds of additives developed by authors which have been used in commercial boiler for 10 years.) The results of this study indicate that through chemical reaction, the chemical additive makes for the effects of purification, gaseity and crystallization, Which changes the physical condition of ash panicals deposited on the heating surface, the chemical composition and the heat dilatation property of the deposition layer, the size the quantity and the distribution of the void in the deposition layer,which also lessens the adhesive force between deposition and heat surface. As a result,the fouling on the heating surface can be eliminated.
