摘要
内创业是在现存企业内进行的创业过程,包括公司创业。内创业研究仍处在初始阶段,目前研究主要集中在内创业内涵、内创业环境问题上,内创业过程的研究还比较少。因而,有许多尚待进一步拓展的研究领域。
It is an entrepreneurial process in the existing organization and includes corporate entrepreneurship. Today, the research of intrapreneurship is still at an early stage and concentrates on the issues about its content and environment, and the research on the intrapreneurial process is lack. Therefore, there are many research areas that we can further develop.
