摘要
根据山西省水土流失情况,分析研究了水土保持生态修复的潜力、技术措施及环境效应问题。从流域治理效果分析对比中得出,在晋西北黄土高原丘陵区,生态环境受到相当程度的破坏,但植被演替的基础依然存在,只要保护措施得力,完全有可能依靠自然力恢复当地植物群落。而要达到治理和生态修复目的,其植被覆盖率要恢复到40%以上。
According to the situation of Shanxi' s soil and water loss, this paper analyzes on the problems of the latent capacity, technical measures and environmental effect of the water and soil conservation and ecological restoration, and draws conclusion from the analysis and comparison of river basin' s improvement effects that the ecological environment of the hilly areas of the loess plateau in northwestern Shanxi has been damaged seriously, but the vegetation is still exists, adopting the proper protective measures can probably recover the local plant communities relying on the natural forces. And in order to achieve the goal of improvement and ecological restoration, the percentage of the vegetation coverage must be recovered up to 40% or more.
