摘要
从性质、构成要素、研究制定与运用主体、构建依据、表现形式和作用期限与结果等多个角度探讨了职称评定标准与职务聘任条件的不同和同中有异之处,以切实提高我国科技人力资源管理的科学化水平。
From various angles of the nature, the main components, the main bodies of the research, simulation and utilization, the foundation of the establishment, the repression form, and the operational time limit and result, etc., this paper probes into the differences and similarities between the technical title conferring standards and the post appointing conditions for increasing the level of the scientificness of our country' s sci-tech human resource management.
