摘要
运用SWOT战略分析方法对咨询企业内外部条件各方面内容进行了综合和概括,分析了企业的优势、劣势、面临的机会和威胁,以便在市场中做强做大咨询企业。
By using SWOT strategical analytical method, this paper sums up and generalizes the various contents of the internal and external conditions of the consultant enterprise, and analyzes on the merits, demerits, opportunities and threats of the enterprise for enlarging and strengthening the consultant enterprise in the market.
