摘要
研究了水胶比、超细粉煤灰掺量和砂率对不同粗骨料(碎石和碎卵石)蒸养混凝土早期力学性能的影响,主要包括抗压强度、棱柱体强度和弹性模量。试验结果表明:水胶比对蒸养混凝土弹性模量的影响较大,随着水胶比的增大,蒸养混凝土的弹性模量降低;随着超细粉煤灰掺量增加,蒸养混凝土的力学性能略有改善;当砂率大于0.3时,对蒸养碎石混凝土的弹性模量影响较大,而对蒸养碎卵石混凝土的力学性能均有影响。
It was studied that the effects of water binder ratio, replacement level of ultra-fine fly ash and sand ratio on early mechanical properties of steam-cured concrete with different coarse aggregates (crushed stone and crushed gravel), including compression strength, prism strength and elastic modulus. Test results indicate that the effect of W/B ratio on elastic modulus of steam-cured concrete is obvious, when increasing W/B ratio, elastic modulus of steamcured concrete decrease; when increasing replacement level of ultra-fine fly ash, the mechanical properties of steamcured concrete are improved a little; when sand ratio exceed 0.3, it only affect elastic modulus of steam-cured concrete with crushed stone apparently, but affect all mechanical property of steam-cured concrete with gravel.
