摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,人们对高质量高等教育的需求日益增加。高等教育作为教育改革发展的重头,倍受瞩目。针对云南高教改革发展现状及成效、存在的主要问题及困难,进一步改革发展必须不断更新观念,继续深化体制改革,加大结构调整力度,加强队伍建设,不断提高教育质量和办学水平,加强对外交流与合作,全面落实促进高等教育发展的各项政策措施。
With the development of economic society, people increasingly demand the high quality of higher education. Higher education, as a major activity of educational reform and development, is a focus. The status quo, effectiveness, main problems and difficulties of the reform and development of Yunnan education are analyzed and the further reform and development should continuously renew ideas, deepen the system reform, intensify the efforts of structural adjustment, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of education and the ability of school - running, strengthen the cooperation and exchange with the outside words and confirm the implementation of all the policies and measures for the development of the higher education.
