摘要
本文对望远镜型平凹热稳腔工程设计中的几个重要参数,即望远镜放大倍率、望远物镜的焦距、全反膜片的位置以及望远镜的最佳离焦量的确定进行了理论分析。该腔型用于激光高精度打孔取得了满意的成效。
In this paper, theoreuical analysis of some important parameters, i. e. the telescopic magnifying power, the focal length of the telescopic objective, the position of the total reflection mirror and the value of the telescopic optimum defocusing, for the engineering design of a heatstable telesepic resonator composed of a plane output mirror and a cancave mirror, has been done, When this resonator is used for making high precise holes in laser machine,we could obtain satifying res,alis.
