摘要
本文概要介绍天津海河两岸开发改造规划的内容、编制方法与思路。通过对规划编制和实施的回顾与总结,提出城市滨水地区规划应该注重战略性、综合性与系统性,以使规划更好地为政府决策服务,进而对城市综合发展起到全面的带动和促进作用。
Thispaper makes a brief account of the remodeling planning for both sides of Tianjin Haihe River, the way to work planning out and the line of thinking. It emphasizes that urban waterfront planning should notice strategy, comprehensiveness and systematicness, should offer good service for government decision and play a leading role in urban comprehensive development.
