摘要
应用显微组织分析、MARC有限元温度场分析、绘制CCT曲线等方法,对耐火H型钢翼缘与腹板力学性能的差异产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:耐火H型钢的翼缘与腹板力学性能差异较大是由于冷却速度不均匀所致,优化耐火钢的钼含量可解决这一问题。
Based on the analysis of microstructure, temperature field in H beam during cooling, and CCT curve the main reason of property difference between the flange and web of fire resistance H-beam was revealed as the result of different cooling rate after rolling, and could be eliminated by optimized addition of Mo.
