摘要
介绍了某新建150万吨/年延迟焦化装置焦炭塔的制造。在总结以往大量焦炭塔制造经验的基础上,针对设备结构和复合板材质特点并结合现场具体条件,制订了合理的焊接工艺、热处理工艺,并开发和应用了横向埋弧自动焊工艺,取得了良好的综合效果。
This paper introduces coke drum construction of 1.5 Mt/a Delayed Coke Unit. On base of rich experience of coke drum construction, reasonable procedures of welding and heat treatment were prepared against typical structure and clad - metal characteristics. Besides, we successfully developed a new weld process horizontal SAW, and subsequent got a very good comprehensive effect.
