摘要
目前国外矿山复垦研究的新热点是应用现代微生物工艺技术加速新覆盖土的改性与熟化。文章阐述了为试验矿区筛选适生优质VA菌株、繁殖菌剂的方法,试验证明,在复垦地接种VA菌根后,可以大幅度提高植物生物学产量和加速培肥土壤。这与常用的施用化肥或掺入土壤改性材料相比,经济、高效、持久、无污染。加快这项技术的应用研究,对拓宽我国科学复垦技术研究领域、提高土地复垦率具有重要意义。
Currently,in foreign countries one of new topics in mine land reclamation is how to apply modern microorganism technology so as to accelerate the process of modifying and fertilizing of newly covered layer. In this paper,the methods of selection of appropriate Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and reagents fostering for the tested mine site are described.It is proved by experiments that inoculation of the VA mycorrhizal fungi in reclamatory lands can increase the output of crops dramatically and expedite the process of fertilizing the land .Compared with the conventional methods of applying fertilizer or mixing soil as modifying materials,this new technique is in less cost and more effective. Moreover,it can also serve as a long term green manure without pollution,It will of great significance to speed up the application and researeh of VA mycorrhizal fungi technology used in land reclamation.
