摘要 目的:根据近年神经干细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病的近况,认识神经干细胞移植在脑出血治疗中的最新研究与应用情况。资料来源:应用计算机检索PubMed 2000-01/2005-01相关神经干细胞移植的文献,检索词“neural stem cells transplantation,cerebral hemor-rhage”,并限定文献语言种类为English。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括神经干细胞的相关文献,开始查找全文。纳入标准:①神经干细胞移植与神经功能的恢复。②神经干细胞移植与脑出血。排除标准:①综述文献、重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到30篇关于神经干细胞移植的文献,纳入18篇符合标准的文献进行探讨。资料综合:神经干细胞具有分裂增殖能力和多项分化潜能,其来源不再局限于胚胎干细胞,还可以来源于成体神经干细胞、永生性神经干细胞系、骨髓间质干细胞、骨骼肌以及皮肤干细胞等。神经干细胞的分离、培养、鉴别、及分化调控技术已日趋成熟,所以利用神经干细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病的研究受到广泛的关注。神经干细胞移植对Parkinson病、脑肿瘤、缺血性脑血管意外的神经功能恢复有积极的促进作用,而对于脑出血作用的研究较少,通过神经干细胞移植对脑出血动物模型的研究来说明治疗的可行性和可能的作用机制。结论:神经干细胞移植对脑出血实验模型的神经功能恢复有积极的促进作用。 OBJECTIVE: According to the state that transplantation of neural stem cells for neural-system-disease in recent years, to recognize the latest research and application in treating cerebral hemorrhage by transplantation of neural stem cells. DATA SOURCES: We searched the PubMed database for articles on transplantation of neural stem cells published from January 2000 to January 2005 with the key words "neural stem cells transplantation ,cerebral hemorrhage" in English. STUDY SELECTION: The literatures on neural stem cells transplantation were selected firstly, and related articles on neural stem cells were collected, and then full-texts were retrieved. Inclusion criteria were ①articles on transplantation of neural stem cells and recovery of neural function and ②artieles on transplantation of neural stem cells and cerebral hemorrhage. Exclusion criteria were ①reviews, repetitive researches and Meta analytical articles. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 30 articles on transplantation of neural stem cells were collected in which 18 papers accorded with criteria were adopted to explore. DATA SYNTHESIS: Neural stem cells had the ability to self-renew, and were capable of differentiating into different neural cells. Such cells had been isolated from not only the embryonic stem cells but also adult central nervous system, permanent neural stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, skeletal muscle and skin stem cells and so on. There were now increasing knowledge of mechanically dissociated, cultured, identified and differentiated of neural stem cells. It was very attended that transplantation of neural stem cells could treat neural-system-disease. It had been proved that transplantation of neural stem cells could help the neural function recovery of Parkinson disease, cerebral tumor, and cerebral ischemia.
