摘要 讨论并介绍一种典型的有源环路滤波器的设计方法,可以改善频率综合器的相位噪声。其核心就是变换了传统的有源环路滤渡器形式,优化设计环路参数,从而减小了运算放大器噪声对频率综合器相位噪声的恶化,改善频率综合器的相位噪声指标。研制产品的实测结果证明,该方法有效。 This paper discusses and introduces a typical design method of an active loop-filters,which can be used to improve the phase noise of frequency synthesizers. The point is that it changes the traditional active loop-filter construction, optimizes the loop parameters, so that the op-amp's noise which deteriorates the VCO phase noise is minimized, and the phase noise of the whole frequency synthesizer is then improved. The paper gives theories and the deduction of formulas, and gives the test data of products which is used to proved that the new construction of active loop - filter is effective on improving the phase noise of frequency systhesizcrs.
